Sick...kinda??


So...I think I may have jinxed myself. Sorta. Kinda. 

My boyfriend has been sick for four days and now feels better. I made him a juice specifically for the cold/flu. It's packed with vitamin c, plus my addition...a punch of ginger. 

2 Oranges
1 Lemon
1 Lime
1 Apple 
1 inch of Ginger

I made one last one for him and one for myself since I've had the sniffles today. I really believe this juice brought out the symptoms of an underlying cold. Now my throat is sore. It was fine all day. Along with that, my nose is stuffy. I'm going to fix another one tomorrow before I head to work. 

I was skid-ish about this juice until he started feeling better after day two. I'm normally sick for a week, so let's hope it nips it in the bud before it's too late! 

As of now...I'm enjoying a mug of warm lemon water to ease my sore throat. I don't have any honey! Sucks!
